Every time one engages in cardio, one loses lean muscle mass, which decreases his/her BMR (i.e. metabolism). Moreover, one needs to make sure that he/she is eating the proper amount of calories per day to sustain his/her lean muscle mass in addition to the proper types of foods. Strength training is very important in addition to cardio; however, it needs to be performed properly.

how long have you been doing this. are you weighing, not measuring, are you logging everything?
if you are, and you should be, eating your exercise calories back, try only eating a portion back. 1/2 to 3/4 because many calorie burns are overestimated0 -
Make sure you track EVERYTHING. I mean everything, don't think, well that was a tiny snack/drink so I won't track it. Hold yourself accountable.0
