Movin it your way, own your body!

I am 300 lbs ( well I hope I will be there at my next weigh in) Im only 10lbs away! I hate exercise but I do love to use all of my learned techniques at stretching and resistance. However, sometimes if you just let your body express itself, your mind will also benefit and you will awake to new physical limits. As heavy individuals we spend so much time worrying about being seen or judged but you gotta let it all hang out baby!!!!! It is a wonderful, happy feeling. I danced all out to PTX for 45 minutes and had the best cardio workout in my life 😅😅😅 I used many of my learned aerobic moves but I also fell into the music and moved my body, moved it all out and had the best time ever! I am learning so many ways to make my exercise journey my own! Jolly Jolly Good🤪🤪🤪
