Ok well im back to get more healthy . i started at 212 back in September 2014 and i have been struggling todo it on my own . please add me to help me reach my goals.

    You will have more luck getting friends if you add things to your profile and add a picture. It shows that you're not a bot and that you might actually stick around because you took the time to fill out our profile.

    Good luck. Make sure to keep yourself accountable (to you) and track EVERYTHING. Don't get down if you have a bad day (or week), it happens to everyone. Keep your long term goal in mind and work towards it.
