Normally I skip breakfast but sometimes I have a Quest bar0

Shakeology … the new vanilla is my current favorite, but my fall back go to is the chocolate peanut butter banana0

Weekend I cook up a bunch of steel cut oats(I normally put in a drainer and rinse off after I cook it) and put in small containers, then top with about 4oz yogurt various flavors. Then any morning that I eat it I cut up about 2-3 oz of what ever fruit goes with the yogurt and boom done. I can eat it at home, at my office, or mix it up and eat while I am driving to my first appt of the day.0

My go to breakfast is simple. A banana,1 tbls of peanut butter and a slice of 40 cal wheat bread. It's pretty filling and low cal.0

I'm really not that hungry in the morning, but I know it's good if not essential to have something,
so I just have a protein shake and a Coffee or green Tea.0
