Start with a logging your food, get yourself an electronic scale if you don't already have one. Pick an exercise regime that you enjoy and build from there.0

Don't start with tips, motivation and support, start with the manual: https://community.myfitnesspal.com/en/discussion/1080242/a-guide-to-get-you-started-on-your-path-to-sexypants3

In case you missed it, and most new users don't understand how important this is, purchase and use a food scale. Log all your food as accurately as you can.2

Yes. And Yes.
Start by logging your food. All of it. The good, the bad, and the ugly. After a week or two, look back over your food diary. Where can you make one small change that you can sustain? Maybe you switch out one soda per day for water. Do that while continuing to log everything else. Do it until it's a habit. Then look back over your food diary again and find another small change. Maybe making sure you eat a vegetable every day. Do that while continuing to log everything else. See where I'm going with this?!?
Weight loss is a marathon, not a sprint. You didn't gain all the weight overnight and you are not going to lose it overnight. Commit to the long game, and make small sustainable changes that you are willing to do for the rest of your lift. Good luck!1
