I want to get down to my hay day weight and need to drop 50lbs. Currently weigh 227lbs. Not for any other particular reason other than life is short and I want to feel at my absolute best. Being active is not my problem, its what i eat. Weekends especially are rough since I like to imbibe craft beers with my buddies. Anyone interested in going on the same journey and willing to talk *kitten* when im slacking? Lets go
