I'm lift weights and attempt cardio. I love food..probably too much. My diary is open and I'm 100% honest on it.
Im dealing with recovery of a 2nd grade hamstring tear and possible calcification(???) In my left shoulder.
I fail on diet daily but try again the next. Lol.
