Alright people, I have lost and gained back with this app a few times, in January I lost 10 lbs and have kept it off despite quitting my calorie counting. I have been considering surgery but after watching videos of the procedure I am like NOPE. Since I am able to keep it off once I lose it, I am getting serious.

Welcome back! Let's make this time around the right one! I have succesfully used the app a few years back and lost over 75 pounds but I gained back 50. I'm back on it now and lost 10 ponds since.0
