Hi!!

Hi all! I’m new to mfp and wanted to introduce myself. I’m 41 and trying to get back into shape. Not overweight but I’m soft. I’ve gained about 10lbs in the last year or so and feel blah. I have never had to watch what I eat till now. But even though it’s only been about 5 days since I started I already feel better. I’m hoping to get my butt back into shape!

    Keep it up!! I have been working out and running about three months. Lost 21lbs and just ran my mile and half faster than when I was a teen. It’s a great feeling. Good luck!!!
