Good morning. I joined yesterday and I have 100lbs to lose and I feel I’m not getting anywhere fast this year I have tried Ww n sw and I’m heavier than when I started this year.its going to be hard to be to keep a track of my cals as I’m so used to eating and not counting but I know I have to do this as I’m so fed up looking and feeling this size and I want to get back into my size 12/14 clothes instead of what I’m wearing 24/26 on some things.

Free feel to add me as a friend if u like.

First of all, welcome! Second, rid yourself of the thinking that you have to lose weight fast. It might happen, if you restrict yourself a lot, but then you're very likely not going to keep it off. Cliché as it sounds, slow and steady wins this marathon. It really isn't a sprint.

I suggest you start honestly logging everything you eat (every single bite or sip) for a week to see where you stand. From there on, you can start implementing small changes. If you don't have a digital scale, get one. Weigh and measure everything you eat, if at all possible. Don't rely on what the boxes tell you, the difference between what a portion should and actually does weigh can be pretty big and have a massive impact. Control everything. If you don't have a medical reason, I wouldn't restrict any food groups as there's really no need to.

It all comes down to a simple calorie deficit. If you burn more than you consume, you WILL lose weight in the long run, bo matter what you eat. Add in some exercise if you want to, that's always good for general health.

It's only hard to track if you tell yourself it's hard to track!
