Well I've weighed this morning and have gained
I've eaten really well , exercised yes had odd treat and went out for a meal
But was good at my choices.totally fed up just feel like why am I bothering .
Have been spotting this week aswell , I don't get periods , as have coil.

MFP is not the food police. It gives you a calorie target to hit (and not exceed), you decide what to eat and whether to stick to it or not.
Weight fluctuates from day to day. Fat loss is slow. You need patience.
Exercise for health and wellbeing, not to lose weight - you're even supposed to eat back exercise calories.0 -
I know it's just disheartening, think I've done weight watchers too long and have been mind set into getting on those scales and they expect a loss... And question why if you don't .

Yes, changing mindset can be rough, especially when you're not quite sure you're doing the right things, and you have to do the right things for some time before you can see for yourself it's working. Have you looked at the Success Stories board yet?0

You can get meal ideas everywhere - cook books, the internet, ask your mom. You need to learn how to make good decisions and trust yourself and trust the process. You need to stop trying and start doing. I suggest you look at the success stories.3
