How many calories would be in a chicken kebab with lettuce? Also, what is the best choice of sauce to have? I usually opt for chilli or mayo

    If this is something you prepare yourself you need to weigh the chicken and other ingredients on the skewer otherwise the best anyone could do is guess. Also, there is no best choice of sauce. It is a personal preference that should be guided by how many calories you can or are willing to commit to the meal. With that said mayo is an emulsion which means it is perfect for adding other ingredients so you could just mix the mayo with the chili if you can make it fit in your calorie budget.
