Anyone have success doing carb cycling?

I started doing Chris and Heidi Powell carb cycling program. I have found so far I really like it. I don't feel deprived and actually feel hungry the majority of the day. I'm seeing success with it but I was curious how many other people are doing this type of diet?

    I am doing something similar, but my program is from Lyle McDonald (UD2). I have 4 ketogenic days, with 2 carb refeeds (400-500g +) and 1 normal eating

    Yea I do it, very loosely (since I don't track). I keep protein and fat fairly consistent.. then I have two low, three moderate and two high (refeed) days. I find it helps with adherence and workout performance.
