Flying to San Diego from Chicago next week (4 hour flight each way).
Any recommendations for good reading material (Fitness & diet related)? Thinking of ordering "Convict Conditioning" based on someone else's post.

Not fitness related, but "The Compound Effect" is excellent and applies to fitness. Talks about how the compounding of little decisions add to large results.1

The Code of the Extraordinary Mind by Vishen Lakhiani. Not specifically about fitness, but more broadly about personal development--including mind, body, spirit, love, education, and work.
