New to MFP

Hello! My name is Stephen and I am new to mfp.... I have been an avid exerciser for more than a decade, but I’ve almost always gone it alone. I have been wanting to try something different and really focus on making the most out of my experiences in the gym. I’m also trying a new nutritional routine to be both healthier and better balanced. I have set some goals for myself and want to see how this nutrition stacks up. Glad to be here!
