Fitbit steps include your cardio?

I had 10k steps today. Some of those steps occurred in a Zumba class. The 10k steps earned me like 400 calories. UNTIL I entered the Zumba class as cardio.. now I am earning calories for the Zumba class only, and steps earned me zero today. Is that right?

The adjustment you get from Fitbit is based on your total calories burned, including exercise. When you log exercise on MFP it overwrites your burn on Fitbit for that time period, and because it was more than your entire adjustment it negated it. Your best bet if you don't have an HR based Fitbit model is to log all exercise on Fitbit.1
