I walk. That is the extent of my exercise since my acl in my left knee is attached only on one end. Weight lifting is just not in the cards for me. That's why I'm thinking I need to move the goalposts on my weight loss to a lower threshold.
My knee issues limit the lower body strength training exercises in my routine but have no effect on my ability to do upper body exercises.
I suggest you get a referral from your doctor to a PT who can put together a routine for you.
This woman is happier with her body 18 pounds heavier from the middle picture.

Some women are never going to get a flat abdomen because of the way the pelvis is tilted, but ab exercises can only help.1

Then you're being unreasonable. You've already committed to failing before even exhausting all of the options. I know people who are missing ENTIRE LIMBS and still are able to find a way to lift weights.
You seem to be looking for a quick and easy answer from strangers on the internet. I doubt your resolve to put in the effort required. My own weight loss and fitness endeavors have taught me a lot, but one thing holds true above all else- you must be committed with absolute focus and determination. Nothing must get in your way. It's like a vehicle struggling to go up a slippery road... stop going full throttle, even though the wheels are spinning like mad, and you slip backwards and down towards the bottom.6 -

Agree. Guy in my guy is permanently in a wheelchair after a motorcycle accident. He does all sorts of upper body work.4 -

I agree also. Just making excuses. I did a full 1 hour work out doing free weights, weight machines, and cable machines while seated on a chair. I walk on crutches and my legs are paralyzed from the knees down. I can use a step to get up on to a roman chair and do ab work lifting my dead-weight legs, and do all sorts of upper body exercises.8 -

Ab workouts are helping me along with cico0
