new to My fitness pal im 52 from cumbria England ive been on my journey since the end of january this year 2018 and so far have lost 4 st , thankfully i found this group where i can calorie count and keep my food diary logged for FREE unlike others , im in need of a boost as ive slowed down a little any hints ? any lovely people in my position wanting to add me as a buddy that would be great , im doing a low carb and no not the keto rubbish lol but it works , im not a fitness freak but some good hints on how tp boost my weight loss once more would be good besides sewing my gob up lol xx

You don't and can't and shouldn't try to "boost" your weightloss, it doesn't work that way. Weightloss naturally slows down as you lose weight, because you have less fat to get your deficit from. What you need is more patience, maybe more accurate logging, maybe a small reduction in your calorie target too, if you've reached your maintenance level.0
