When you know you’re not gonna do gym on a certain day do you change your activity levels that monitor how many cals you should consume or do you keep it the same?

Activity level is what you normally do without intention exercise.
Intentional exercise should be added in the diary and it will increase your calories for that day to accommodate the extra activity.8 -
Exercise isn't part of your activity level. It's based on your day-to-day life.3

No - I eat more when I exercise, activity level is a constant (your average activity level from your lifestyle and job excluding intentional exercise). It's exercise that is the variable.0
