I have been eating on a new meal plan that is really working and on my cheat days I can't even eat that bad because I can't eat like I use to. Today I tried to eat a personal pizza for lunch and I could not finish it. Tried to eat Chipotle for dinner only could eat half. I am glad that I can't eat like I use to.

That is a really great problem to have! I find that I can't stand watching food commercials with all this gooey, cheesy food. It doesn't look good to me at all.

I saved calories for a huge homemade cheeseburger tonight. It was tasty, but I'm uncomfortably full. Over time your stomach can adapt to smaller meals, so it sends a full signal to your brain faster. When that happens, it makes you really think about how much you used to eat. Of course, that process can be reversed as well.

So called cheat days are counter productive. If you want to eat more, do it. Not cheating, but add a bit more exercise into that day. Saving calories for a "special" day works, but not a good habit when you are losing.
You will find that over time, your former habits will be gone and all the wonderful new foods and recipes that are available to you are just that...wonderful!
I lost 70ish pounds in less than a year and have kept them off for over three years.

That's a good problem to have, unless you can't eat like you used to because you're too used to undereating. I hope your plan is a reasonable one.

I workout with my personal trainer five days a week and he is also a licensed nutritionist. He says having one day a week that you can eat what you want in moderation is actually good for you and I have seen other research that says the same.
