New and on Keto!

Hey all,
I’m new here! British but currently living in the Middle East. 5 years ago I lost 4stone doing the 5:2 diet. About 2.5 stone has crept on over the last couple of years. After our vacation last month I decided it’s time to do something about it.
I started the Keto diet on the 1st of August and up to today I have lost 6lbs. I go to the gym 5 days a week (in the evening) and I swim each morning for 45 mins. I have been following the Keto diet and logging all my meals and trying to stay within my macros. I just wanted to say hi to everyone, looking for support and motivation. Hoping I can shift at least 3 stone and reverse my type 2 diabetes!
Thanks

Welcome! To lose weight, you don't need hope/support/motivation, or special diets, or even exercise, you just have to eat less (and move more). If you don't get offended, but accept that, you'll be able to lose weight quite easily, and keep it off forever, quite effortlessly.
