    Well, if you have sex before your workout... If super funkay, yes, I don't like my workout funk to intercept other funks. I want fresh funk, then shower again.

    I feel weird working out with wet hair, when my hair is dry it looks better and I feel more confident and powerful. Its a mental thing but wet hair makes me feel kinda vulnerable. But I do agree with not mixing funks haha what a brilliant way to put it MayraH26

    I do on the weekends because I am at home before I go to the gym. Since I go to the gym straight from work no unless you could count the shower I take before I go to work then yes I shower before I go to the gym.

    Wow I thought I was the only one.. I come out of the shower at the gym and people ask me if I am done working out.
    I say no I like to warm up and get loose by taking a hot shower.. When I played Rball I use to go into the hot tub
    before playing so I now just use the shower no hot tub available.
