Hey,

So my diet has become horrific. I am about 30-40 pounds overweight and im not interested in fads anymore, I want to go hardcore and clean and get that body!

Iv been looking on bodybuilding.com and on the food intake most of the breakfast says egg whites and oats, then next meal is fish/chicken, spinich, sweet pot etc etc...my question is do you guys add spices/ flavours or just eat it plain? Because I can't imagine unless your crazy awesome that that doesnt get old! Surely you need some flavour?!

Im a complete rookie, but I want to do this right, so any advice is very welcome! Thanks!

Egg white and oats omelette for brekky.

    Fish and spinach for lunch.

Chicken and sweet potato for tea.

Sounds awesome, what are you whingeing about?

Look at the diaries of people with success stories. They include more than six ingredients. The internets are full of healthy recipes. Please don't tell me you are too lazy to type!

Feel free to browse my diary. I eat most of the those foods that they list on a daily basis, you just have to find creative ways to prepare them. Like for the oatmeal- slice up some strawberries and bananas and mix in. Or throw in some unsweetened apple sauce & cinnamon. For the chicken breast- melt some low fat cheese on top and throw on a scoop of salsa. The sweet potato- top with non-fat plain greek yogurt. Tastes exactly like sour cream. Fish- bake some white fish and make tacos out of them!...There's tons of ways to prepare food. Google is your best friend if you're ever needing a recipe. When I find one I like, I enter it on here so I have the nutrition and I print it out. I have a chicken binder, fish binder, side dish binder, dessert binder, etc. I love trying new recipes. It makes you feel like you're eating like a normal human when you can get creative with healthy foods. It'll come easier the more you do it. It's like second nature to me now coming up with different ways to prepare chicken/fish/turkey.
