    1350 calories; 4 pounds one month; 8 pounds two months; exercise walking, even if only around the block—something at least— sometimes more vigorous walking. I like to hike. (Those 8 pounds are the equivalent of a gallon of milk that I don’t have to haul up the hills, so hiking is easier lately. )

    I lost 10lbs per month for the last 3 months so I’ve just hit 30lb loss.
    I started on 1500cals per day then hit a mini plateau so dropped to 1200. I was too hungry so I’m currently on 1300 😂.
    I have a cheat day on Sunday and eat what ever.

    My exercise started off as 7 min YouTube vids for arm, abs, legs and I’ve built up to a 30 min HIIT with 8kg kettlebell and also 20min HIIT spin that I often do back to back.
    I aim for 3 times a week.
