Entering in macros for prepped meals

I have a prepped meal from a local service that already has the macros listed on the box. Searching for the recipe has similar recipes, but different macros. Is there a way to create a recipe (because i will probably use this again) and edit the macros?

    ..as a work around, i just created a food instead of a recipe. works so far i guess.

    MFP has a recipe builder function that sounds like what you're looking for. Have you tried it out yet?
