Exercises for those not feeling their best

What are some good exercises to do while on the recovering end of a sinus infection? I'm on my antibiotic now and feeling better, so I at least want to do yoga or pilates or some low impact moderate cardio or something. What's good to do so I don't lose too much stamina or strength just being a sick bed lump?
