53yo,female, mostly sedentary activity, 50+ lbs to lose. Looking forward to any tips, advise and encouragement for success. Set app for 1.5 lb loss per week. Trying Mediterranean diet plan wine :) will be my treat each night with completed food journal. Walking 30-45 minutes and 11 minute miracle workout planned 5 days a week. I hope to get back to weight training at the gym someday but not now.
