53yo,female, mostly sedentary activity, 50+ lbs to lose. Looking forward to any tips, advise and encouragement for success. Set app for 1.5 lb loss per week. Trying Mediterranean diet plan wine will be my treat each night with completed food journal. Walking 30-45 minutes and 11 minute miracle workout planned 5 days a week. I hope to get back to weight training at the gym someday but not now.
