You can do it.
Maybe try pre-logging your food and bringing your own meals to school with you so you know what you're eating.
Can you take 15 minute walks before and after the school day? Maybe even around campus? It will help with hunger, stress, and weight.

Really hard. Unfortunately, yeah, if I can't exercise, I pretty much have to ban all treats, sugar and junk food, because there's just no room in my 1300 calories or I would be starving.
Frozen veggies, fruit, lean meat... and strong willpower.2 -
