Hello. New to this group and to the app, but liking what I've seen thus far. I live on the Tennessee/Georgia line. Live in Georgia..work in Tennessee..lol. I've worked out for years, but honestly my diet plan sucked and was pretty much non existent. After tracking my meals over the last 7 to 10 days, I now realize how much I was taking in on my Macros and it sucked..lol. So changes have been made and continue to adjust my diet to get where I want to be. I now have my Macro targets and something to help me going forward.
