Over 60 retired woman weight at stand still

Been on journey since May lost 10
And now plateau at certain weight looking loose 5 more walk every day 2 half miles taking forever to get down 5 more pds and happy how just loose one more one pd at time
Did weight watchers for years and like the fitness pal but do miss the commrarity at the meetings so decided use discuss ion . What he helped others to loose more when weight sticking at same number and you ready to kick the scale accross the room ???

    May wasn't that long ago, and with so little to lose your weight loss sounds pretty good so far.

    How long have you been at the same weight for?

    Howhave you been determining your calorie intake up to this point? Have you been using a food scale to weigh everything, or do you take a less accurate approach (measuring or eyeballing/guesstimating?). Your deficit likely isn't very big, so being accurate will be necessary to keep losing.

    Weight loss slows down as you lose weight, so you have to be more accurate just to keep losing, and still lose more slowly. But you decide which pounds are the last, and five pounds is "nothing" - weigh the lower weight against the amount of effort and vigilance needed to achieve and maintain it.

    Yes 71 here it does slow down, sometimes we have to revise our foods and keep going. Good luck
