Well, hi. It’s nice to meet you.

A long time ago in a place called college, I was a lot better at taking care of myself. Ate better, ran cross country, all that fun stuff. Since then, my habits have degraded. I’m eating far worse and my exercise habits are nonexistent.

I’m hoping MFP can help me get a handle on my ways and work towards correcting things. I’d really like to start running long distance again and just in general be healthier.
