I want to track how much calcium I get in my diet (not from a supplement), so I added the calcium column to my food diary. The problem is that it indicates a daily goal of 100. What's that? I cannot find any indication of the size, as in 100 what? The standard RDA for me would be 1000 mg, which would equal 1 gram. I don't know what the 100 stands for. Can anyone help?

I believe the 100 would be the recommended daily amount in a percentage.0
