Been trying to lose weight since I quit procrastinating in February. I started at 233 lbs and now I am at 215 ~ 218 lbs. I have hit a plateau for a couple of months now like a small roller coaster. Maybe from the stress of several recent deaths in my life or just losing a little motivation is a good excuse, but I would like to get back to losing 1 lb per week and build up my body to a healthy 6' 1" muscular physique with a goal weight of 200 lbs. I am currently taking supplements (Tri-Cuts, Lean, Primal, and CLA) along with moderate exercise every other day when I can get away from working super late. Has anyone else been to that point and found a way to get back on track with their goals?
