BBG ?

Has anyone ever tried BBG program by Kayla itines ? If so how long did it take for you to see a difference. I plan on using the workouts but not the meal plans. Will I lose fat just by eating at a calorie deficient or do I have to weight lift

    A reasonable calorie deficit is all that is needed to lose fat. No need to follow their eating plan.

    Weight lifting is the most efficient way to help preserve muscle and sculpt your body.

    I haven't done the programme you are looking at. If it interests you and you stick with it you will improve your cardiovascular health and see an improvement in your bodies composition.

    Results are dependant on effort and goals.

    Tried it- WAY too much jumping for me. I didn't last because my knees didn't.
