November is just over 10 weeks away - most people would need to do some pretty unhealthy and drastic things to achieve your goal...

@livingleanlivingclean I know it's hard and you're right, I have to do something extreme to lose that amount of weight in 3 months. But if I eat healthy and only eat 1 time a day, with a few healthy snacks in a day and keep my calories in take to 1000, mixed with some good amount of exercise, maybe not exactly 34 pounds but near it for sure.

It is dependent on the person's current fitness, but it is doable. I have lost 29 lbs in the last 10 weeks. Started off at 220, and I am now at 191. I was already physically active, but I made some significant dietary changes. Cut out all alcohol, drank more water, and closely monitored my caloric intake. I do strength training four days a week, using a modified Texas Method routine, lifting Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday. I also do cardio 4 days a week. Typically, Tuesday is HIIT, Wednesday is 4-6 miles, Friday is 3-4 miles, and Sunday is 2-3 miles. I intake approximately 1500-1700 calories per day.
