Hi everyone!
I opened this app in order to track my progress from Monday 20th August which is when I have decided to start my weight loss fat burning program.
Slightly confused in relation to my BMR as had several different quotations from different locations on sites.

I am 5ft 2
Weight 12 half stone.
Age 51.

I am looking to do a 15 min workout each day at home to get down to 9 stone.
I put the weight on fast due to the Menopause and since starting HRT I am feeling great!! and keen to get back to my old but better self.

Any comments or advice would be welcomed to help with my journey I will be following a diet of protein & fats 4 times a day with post workout 55g of carbs/proteins with a cheat day every ten days.
I aim to do my workout between 2-6pm if possible however this may have to change due to going back to full-time work very soon.
