Weight stays consistent but do not eat enough

I’ve got this app to help me eat more. I’ve been eating 1-2 meals a day after being consistent 47kg (eating constantly throughout the day) and being quite ill where I lost 10kg and formed habits of not eating because of that. I am currently back at my former weight of 47kg but eating way less (between 400-800 calories a day). My weight is consistent but mentally I am fatigued and down which is why I’m trying my best to eat consistently and numerous times throughout the day. I was just wondering if upping my intake by such a large amount from what I’m used to for the past year will result in rapid weight loss and is there anything I can do to combat this? Or will the extra food just make me feel better. Thanks guys.

Is rapid weight gain a problem?
If you're underweight and undereating, that can explain the fatigue.
If you're not eating enough, your weight will not increase.
I'm sorry if I missed something.1 -
How tall are you?
Eating 400-800 calories is not sufficient -- so if you're maintaining, it's possible that you're not tracking and weighing correctly.
So regardless, you need to eat more.1 -
How long have you been eating only 400-800 calories/day? My instinct is to tell you to get your calories up quickly and worry about weight fluctuations later, but I gather that if you've been eating that low for too long then things like refeeding syndrome could be an issue. It might be best to check in with a professional (doctor, dietitian, etc) first just to be sure.5

Are you weighing your food to know it's only 400 to 800 cals?
Why is rapid weight gain an issue?2 -

Do you mean you are eating 400-800 cals LESS than you used to? Or do you mean you are eating 400-800 cals total? And for how long - a week? a month?
Are you using a food scale? Are you carefully choosing accurate entries in the database? Would you be willing to temporarily make your diary public?
Did you see a doctor when you were sick and losing all that weight?
More info would be really helpful.5
