I just received Keto in the mail today and I'm yet to start it. I try to workout 3 to 4 days a week and I eat health sometimes and like a starved pig at other times. Needless to say, my weight goes up and down depending on how I eat. Any advice of what to do?

Have you tried just counting calories? Read the stickies at the top of the forums, tons of good information left by other successful users.

Keto or not, you still have to be in a calorie deficit to lose weight. If you're not losing weight over time, you're eating too many calories.

Start logging accurately and consistently. Then look at the trends - what do the days you are over-hungry have in common? What about the days you eat on plan easily? This way you can start to figure out what foods work for you, what foods you need to be careful with, and which foods are just a waste of calories.

Whether you do keto, or some other diet, or just eat the foods you like with care, it comes down to calories as to whether you lose or gain. But it sounds like satiety is a problem for you, so paying attention to what you are eating and how it affects you could be key. Keto may help, if it turns out fats fill you up better than carbs.

This confused me as well
You don't need to buy anything special to do keto, just set your macros accordingly and perhaps check out the low carb group or google recipes if you need help with ideas on how to hit those macros.
