Hello! My name is Alexis and I just turned 22 a few days ago. I just became really sick of looking in the mirror and regretting what I see because I knowingly did that to myself. I am aware weight loss takes time done the healthy way, and I am completely fine with that. Which takes a lot for me to say since I always chose fad diets over real progress.
When I was in high school, I was 155. My goal weight is 140. Right now I am 202 pounds. I’m ashamed of all the weight I’ve gained in such a short time, but I know I can do this with the right support system and mind set.
If you have any tips and tricks please don’t be afraid to share, I’d greatly appreciate it!

Pre-log your food. Weigh and track everything you put in your mouth. Don't bring anything into your house that you don't want yourself to eat in a weak moment
Wishing you the best of luck. You CAN do this!1 -
Don't look for tips and tricks, at least not until you know the basics: Eat less, move more.0
