Need help and some good recipes to lower my blood pressure! No salt/sugar! Add me

Did your doctor refer you to a registered dietician? Did they set a limit for salt intake per day? The DASH diet is 1500 mg (often recommended for people with high blood pressure). Pinterest has recipes for everything.
Why are you eliminating sugar? Did the doctor recommend that, too? Did they give you a maximum of grams per day to stay under?3 -
Yeah lower your salt intake which pretty much means more home cooking. Try Mrs Dash as a salt replacement. The No-Salt really is a poor substitute. I had better success starting with very fresh food that tastes lovely on its own and adding garlic, pepper and desired herbs.4

I suggest upping your potassium intake along with reducing sodium.3

Cardio 5 days a week worked for me. Could barely last 15 minutes when I started and now I do 50-60 minutes. At the same time I changed my eating habits and have lost 30 lbs over the past 2 years. By the way I didn’t start until I was 68.8

Weight loss and walking lowered mine never watched my salt just dropped0
