Lasagna: what would you log this as?

Purchased awhile back from a kitchen that sells « home made ready frozen meals ». pictured on the scale for reference.

Beef and ricotta lasagna.

what would you put as a reasonable ball park calorie count?

    I would probably look up a frozen lasagna (either individual or family size) that you can buy from the store and since you weigthed it you can fugure out your portion from the portion size suggested.
    I’m not sure i’m making sense lol for example I live in Canada, I googled frozen lasagna and this Zinneti brand showed up. The nutrion values showed 440 cals for 330g. Your portion was 419 so that’s 560 calories.
    All lasagna are different but you should get close to the actual calorie count

    bleh there is a reason i hadn't eaten this yet (beyond that it was too hot to turn oven on). not willing to sacrifice 600 calories on it :P I think i'll bite the bullet and just log it at 600, most lasagnas entries in MFP seem around or even above that.

    I may also trim it down in size.

    That is the way I would eat it anyway. That size is 2 nice meals for me.

    @mariluny, I was comparing it to the Zinetti (Canada) brand also.
