    Balega. I'm not a runner (CrossFitter) but I ran a half a long time ago and wore Balega most of the time. Loved them. I also lived in Tampa at the time and trained summer-fall so I feel your pain!

    Thorlos, at least the medium pad. Check out their many options (all Made in USA!). My Thorlos have lasted *FOREVER*. Wash inside out with fabric softener (if possible) to fluff the threads. http://www.thorlos.com
