Help with Bootcamp, please!

I've been VERY offtrack for 6 weeks, haven't thought anything really about weight, food or exercise. I've been taking 3 summer classes and now I want to get back to weight loss prooject. Any ideas on what to do and how to do it. I'd like some fast result just this first month, then I'm gonna slow down.
What are your opinions on green tea burning pills, green coffee beans etc together with exercise and diet inthe hopes of getting a boost now in the beginning?
Any suggestions? Please help me get back on track.
