Scale isn’t moving down...

For the past 2 1/2 weeks I have been walking daily burning calories and eating less calories than MFP tells me and the first couple of days I lost maybe 1-2 pounds. And now today I am up one pound from where I began. I don’t understand why I’m not losing. Although, I do feel much thinner and my shorts fit me better. I just wish the scale would go down too. Lol. Any tips??
