Scale isn’t moving down...

For the past 2 1/2 weeks I have been walking daily burning calories and eating less calories than MFP tells me and the first couple of days I lost maybe 1-2 pounds. And now today I am up one pound from where I began. I don’t understand why I’m not losing. Although, I do feel much thinner and my shorts fit me better. I just wish the scale would go down too. Lol. Any tips??

Our body weight fluctuates all the time, so give it some time! That being said, if it continues to increase, then you need to reevaluate your logging. Do you use a food scale? Do you log every calorie exactly as it should be? Are you calories burned exercises actually accurate? MFP calories burned for exercises tends to be way overstated.0
