I have been a doing this new food plan for a while now and have seen amazing results in my health. No more bloating, heartburn, nausea, inflammation has also decreased. My skin glows my hair feels healthier. And The food options are still very good, I do have to be more creative when cooking now that I cannot have garlic. Unless its garlic infused olive oil, that I can have. but now i have discovered my love for crock potting and roasting and baking my items. And there is a ton of lactose-free items made that was amazing. Does anyone have any recipes they want to share or questions about low fodmap.

i made a sweet and sour sauce the other day that was low fodmap. not for any health reason but because it sounded good and i had everything on hand.

it was not good. i had to tweak the recipe a LOT (including adding garlic) before it was just OKAY.

Just began the low FODMAP diet due to IBS. Already feeling more energetic. Hopeful other symptoms will work themselves out as well (no pun intended)
