Introduction

Hi everyone.

I am not sure if I have done this once all ready, but who cares, I wanted to say hi to all y'all. My name is Robyn and I am a newbee. I am on this site to track what I eat and my exercise in an attempt to give myself a better understanding of my fitness. The numbers tell me I have some work to do!

My immediate goal is to lose 30 lbs by November 2018. I have already lost 6 of that by watching what I eat and starting to walk.
