I eat 1,200 calories a day and never ate junk food . Only ate vegetables , fruit and lean meat but I still don’t see no results ...what am I doing wrong ?
I drink a gallon of water a day, weight lift and cardio. I don’t go over 45g of carbs . I cut out all bread , rice and pasta, etc.
Any tips what I’m doing wrong ?

You are focusing on the wrong things. How do you measure your calorie intake, and for how long have you been doing so? Should you even be losing weight, what's your height and weight?11

1) How long has it been?
2) Are you eyeballing portions, using measuring cups, or a food scale?
3) Do you log everything that passes your lips?
4) Are you sure you are using correct entries from the database?
5) Are you consistent?
6) How long have you been doing your current workout routine?
7) Have you taken measurements?5 -
My body thinks it's starving at 1200 calories. Maybe start closer to 1500 and do two weeks like that.16

I am 5’1 and 145lbs , my goal is 118 .
Been doing this diet for a couple of weeks. I measure every food and put in everything into my database. I don’t drink anything with calories in it. I don’t have cheat meals or cheat days whatsoever because I am committed to this1 -

If the exercise routine is new, water retention for muscle repair can mask fat loss on the scale. For some people this can last up to 6 weeks.
By measuring food, are you talking about measuring cups? If so you could actually be eating a few hundred more than you realize. In terms of accuracy food scale is best. Measuring cups are better than eyeballing, but not the most accurate.
Make sure the entries you select from the database are accurate. Not all entries are correct. You want to avoid things that say “homemade-“. These are user created and are extremely likely to not be correct for what you are eating. Also be careful with even the basic entries for say chicken. Some of them are incorrect and only have 1/3 the calories they should (again it’s user created).
Depending on where you are in your monthly cycle, hormones can cause you to retain water which will mask fat loss on the scale and might even show as a slight gain.7 -

You are unnecessary torturing yourself is what you're doing. Eat normal varied food at a deficit (using a food scale) and be patient. As in 'months' patient. You don't need to walk on your hands to lose weight.13 -

Been on this weight loss journey for 5months now , lost a total of 20lbs+ , starting weight was 172.2lbs and currently around 145lbs. I know patience is key.
And yes I use a food scale.
Just gonna wait it out and not give up1 -
