    Well those are really too separate goals.

    Progressive strength training will help with both. Like:
    New Rules of Lifting for Women
    Strong Curves
    Stronglifts 5x5
    Ice Cream Fitness 5x5
    Starting Strength

    Fat loss/weight loss requires a calorie deficit.

    Muscle gain typically requires a calorie surplus. There are some exceptions like newbie gains, but that doesn’t last long.

    Two different things, can't really achieve both at the same time.

    Fat loss is from a calorie deficit.
    Muscle building is from eating LOTS of food and lifting weights.

    I think what you mean is you want to lose fat to look "toned". Which is essentially the fat is lost and the muscles show but it doesn't mean the muscles are any bigger than they were before.

    The sticking part is up to you, there isn't any magic plan that is easier to stick to. You just have to find something that you enjoy and fits into your lifestyle.
