Figs

I’m so confused by the info on figs in the database. I had a black mission fig this morning (fresh, 38g) with my breakfast. I try to look it up and there are numerous entries with very conflicting calorie counts. I’m assuming the higher ones are dried. But is 38g of fig really only 28 calories???? Where do I find reliable info?
ETA there was also one that counted it as 97 calories. I’m so confused!

Yep. Most of the entries in the database are user entered, and many are wrong or incomplete. You need to double check an entry before you use it for the first time, either to the package if there is one, or for whole foods check the usda or your country's version if you are international.3
