Determined to loose weight and get healthy.

Hi All,
I'm at a point in my life when I need to get healthy so I can hike, bike, and explore. To do this I need to loose weight and get fit. I'm off to a good start but I have a long way to go. I'm hoping by tracking my progress it will help me to keep on doing healthy things to improve my fitness. Life is short so lets all get healthier to enjoy every minute of it.
